I made these yellow flower earings using the techinique of Mizuhiki,
Mizuhiki is one of tradizional crafts in Japan.
It is said that the knotting of the Mizuhiki is unsolable.
The thread like a silk is wrapped around the twisted paper( the paper becames durable)and it is made the shape of animals or trees or tied for good luck.
This decoration technique is usually used for covering gift and envelope for ceremony.
However recent years, it is also popular as an accessary.
